We want you to love your new home and will make sure that you are happy with all aspects of it. Our commitment to you doesn’t finish when we hand over the keys. We will be there to attend to maintenance issues after 90 days and again at 12 months after completion. We know that a house needs to be monitored through all four seasons before we can give it the final tick.
